The House of Representatives has called on the federal government to redeem its ten billion naira pledge as intervention fund for displaced persons in Plateau state.
The fund is supposed to go into the immediate resettlement of displaced persons after last month’s killings in more than 20 communities.

The resolution is sequel to a matter of urgent national importance raised by Simon Nwadikwon on the need to resettle displaced persons and rebuild public infrastructure in the affected areas.
