The Nigerian Army is set to inaugurate four Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles into its inventory.
The MRAPs are described in the military circles as a game changer in warfare. They are to be deployed to the Northeast in the fight against insurgency.

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Colonel Tukur Buratai, said the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles will help the military to be combat ready and face the fight against the insurgents and other criminality with full commitment.
