Governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodinma says his administration is willing to partner with Federal lawmakers who are bringing intervention projects that will have direct impact on the people of the State.
The Governor spoke at the flag off of an empowerment programme of the member representing Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal constituency.
Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal constituency is rich with oil but in the recent times has been affected by insecurity crippling socio-economic activities in the area.
But the people are currently enjoying relative peace and business activities are fast picking up.
This programme is part of effort by the Lawmaker to reinvigorate the economic fortune of the area which Governor Hope Uzodinma who was represented at the occasion by his deputy, Chinyere Ekomaru commended.
According to the Governor, the programme will have direct economic impact on the people of Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal constituency
The member representing Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta and Oru West federal constituency, Eugene Dibiagwu said the effort to have direct contact with the vulnerable who were affected and ravaged by insecurity and have no means of livelihood.
This interaction between the Lawmaker and his Constituents if sustained would further restore and bridge the gap among them and also accelerate development in the area.
