Former President of the senate, Bukola Saraki has commended the residents who stood in support of his late father to resist demolition of Ile Arugbo in what he called a show of force.
He also assured them that justice shall prevail in a not too distant future.

It would be recalled that the Kwara State government demolished Bukola Saraki’s family property popularly known as Ile Arugbo, that is,old people’s home, in Ilorin.
The demolition comes as the Saraki kinsmen appealed to the governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to thread with caution.
The Kwara state government had earlier announced the reclamation of the land saying it is part of government property illegally acquired by individuals.
