The House of Representatives has called for mental evaluation test on the nation’s security officers to put an end to extra judicial killings across the country.
The resolution is sequel to a motion for the probe and prosecution of the officer(s) involved in the killing of 2 year-old Ivan Omhonrina in Asaba, Delta State last Thursday.

The lawmakers charged the nation’s Police Chief to take over the investigation and bring perpetrators to justice.
