Governor Makinde donates additional operational vehicles to Amotekun

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde on Monday donated additional four operational Vehicles fully equipped with communication gadgets to the Western Nigerian Security Network Codenamed Operation Amotekun.

The Governor presented the keys of the vehicles to the state Commander of the Corps, Colonel Olayinka Olayanju (RTD) in Igboora, during his security assessment visit to the Ibarapa zone axis of the state.

He declared that his administration will continue to give zero tolerance to crimes in the state, adding that his
government remains committed to supporting all the security outfits in Oyo State.

Recall, that Governor Makinde had in December 2020, launched 33 pick-up vehicles and 396 motorcycles
for the smooth operation of the Western Nigeria Security Network, code-named Amotekun, in the state.
