Governor Duoye Diri of Bayelsa State has voted in the Bayelsa State Governorship Election and has commended the process describing it as seamless.
The governor who is contesting for a second term in office cast his ballot at about 8.45am at his Polling Unit.
Going further he said the process has been good but raised concerns about voter intimidation in Nembe and another location in the State.

He said his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, has written an Official letter to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission on the issue.
He also called on the Security agencies to be wary of purveyors of violence in the State and act decisively against them.
