Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal has arrived the Headquarters of the Nigerian police force, Zamfara Command for an official visit.
The visit is the first of its kind since he assumed office as Governor in May, 2023.
The Governor is at the police command for an Inspection tour of police facilities in his continous effort to tackling the Insecurity Bedevilling the State.
Governor Lawal is received by the Zamfara commissioner of police Ibrahim Maikaba and honored by a salute by a guard of honour mounted by the police.
The Commissioner of police is expected to take the Governor round the offices and facilities in the command.
The place to visit is the Office of the Counter Terrorism Unit Base 18.
Those in the entourage of the Governor Include the Deputy Governor, Mani Mumuni, Secretary to the State Government, Abubakar Nakwada, Commissioner of Land and Urban Planning, Ibrahim Zurmi, the Governor’s Media aides Nuhu Salihu Anka, Suleiman Bala Idris among others Dignitaries.
