Kano State governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has declared his interest in seeking a second term in office come 2019.
And as the ruling All Progressives Congress gears up for another emergency National Executive Committee meeting, Governor Ganduje, said the Monday parley will lead to a date and timetable for Congresses and the convention of the party.
The congresses and convention will themselves see the emergence of new party leaders at all levels.
