The federal government is planning to build thousands of affordable housing units in Ogun State to provide affordable shelter for residents as promised by President Bola Tinubu in his renewed hope agenda.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Housing Authority, Oyetunde Ojo made this known during his visit to the Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun.

Working towards the actualization of the plan of the federal government for the citizens, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Housing Authority, Oyetunde Ojo has paid a visit to the Ogun State governor to seek partnership with the state in providing affordable housing units for the people.
The Managing Director who commended the approach of the state government on housing development added that the proposed housing project will get desired support through the Federal Housing Authority Mortgage bank.
On his part, Governor Dapo Abiodun welcomed the team and commended the initiative and steps taken so far by the new leadership of the Federal Housing Authority.
He promised better working relationship, adding that such will open more opportunities for people to get access to affordable housing, as most of the schemes introduced by his administration are over subscribed.
He said shelter is one of the major provisions a government can give to its people and his administration is always ready to attract things that will make life more abundance for the people.
