FG assures Nigerians of better days ahead

Image result for FG assures Nigerians of better days aheadVice President Yemi Osinbajo has acknowledged that there is hardship in the Land and assures that the Federal government is working fervently to ensure that all Nigerians get a better deal.

He said this at the the Consultative Forum on the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan at the Banquet hall Abuja.

The Economic recession in Nigeria has reached a worrisome dimension with the attendant hardship in the land but the Federal government says it is working hard to reverse the dire situation and reduce poverty in the Land

And one strategy government has adopted to get out of recession, is to involve the private sector in its consultations on the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan.

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo admits that the Economic situation is serious, insisting that President Buhari is particularly concerned about the issue.

He emphasizes that issues Oultlined must be tackled in the Short and Medium Term and that government is working daily to ensure they are Agriculture and food security, Energy, Petroleum Products Sufficiency, Industrialisation and Small Business, Stabilising the Macro Economic Environment  and Foreign Exchange Policy

Professor Osinbajo assures the private sector that it is the responsibility of the federal government to create an environment to ensure that private sector thrives hoping that Nigerians will wait patiently for the economic change
that will come very soon.
