The Federal Capital Territory Administration has sealed off Access Bank and Total Petrol Station in Wuse, Abuja for Not Paying Ground Rent.
The decision by the FCTA came after several warnings over the last few months to the owners of the over 3000 buildings expected to be affected by the exercise.
