The governor of Enugu State Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has signed the state’s 2020 budget into law.
The 169 billion naira budget has a capital expenditure component of 100.7 billion naira, which is 59% of the total.
Recurrent Expenditure takes 68.7 billion naira.
The budget tagged a budget of Responsive and Accountable Governance, is aimed at continued robust investment in infrastructural development, which includes the construction of 17 small scale industries with at least one in each Local Government of the State and the Completion/Reactivation of Legacy Projects.
