Egypt’s Ambassador to Nigeria has met with the Chief of Army Staff at the Army headquarters in Abuja to discuss military cooperation.
Both countries have long standing economic and cultural relations and now, cooperation in the fight against terrorism is on the table.
Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai notes the leading role Egypt has played in fighting terrorism in the Sahel-Sahara region and the benefits Nigeria can draw from her.
