A Law lecturer at the University of Lagos and EFCC prosecutor Wahab Shittu, says the acting EFCC boss does not need to be confirmed to function in office as the helmsman of the Commission.
Shittu in a chat with TVC NEWS referred to of the laws of the federation to buttress his point .
He said the president can continue to renew his appointment in acting capacity, as long as he wants.
