As the United states House of representatives prepare to vote for President Trump’s impeachment, Demonstrators have rallied to call for the President’s impeachment and removal from office.
Organizers say they expect thousands at rallies and march through midtown Manhattan and other parts of the country.
Demonstrators who were gathered in Times Square chanted slogans like “Impeach Trump” and held signs that read: “Impeach & Remove” and “Traitor Criminal Lock Him Up!”
President Trump faces one charge of abuse of power for asking Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.
The Republican president also faces a charge of obstructing the congressional investigation into the matter.
