Abike Dabiri-Erewa Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has condoled with world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, over the fatal road accident involving him, his friends and aides on Monday along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway.
In a condolence message, Dabiri-Erewa mourned the unfortunate death of two members of his entourage , who lost their lives in the fatal accident.
The accident, which occurred on the busy highway, claimed the lives of two persons, while Joshua sustained injuries and is currently receiving medical attention.

She conveyed her condolences to Joshua and the families of the deceased, describing the development as a tragic loss.
“I hereby wish you quick recovery from your injuries and pray unto God to accept the souls of the deceased and give you and their families the fortitude to bear the loss .
A joint statement by both Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State said that they are closely monitoring the situation and will ensure that Anthony Joshua and his driver receive the best possible medical care.
