In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary and Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Linus Obogo, Governor Bassey Edet Otu described the anniversary as sacred—a hallowed chapter in Nigeria’s history that calls citizens to both remembrance and renewal.
