An FCT High court has adjourned the arraignment of Justice Adeniyi Ademola and his wife, Olabowale, to next week Tuesday.
The suspended Judge, along with his wife, faces an 11-count charge bothering on corruption.
The prosecution told the presiding judge that Justice Ademola and his wife weren’t able to be served the amended charge because they were reportedly out of town.
Justice Ademola was one of the judges arrested by State Security operatives in October, over allegations of corruption.
