Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has been urged to be focused and deliver purposeful leadership that will bring about needed development in the State.
The Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Ayede, Doctor Taofeeq Abdulhammed was speaking at the interreligious prayers held to usher in the new year at the Government Secretariat in Osogbo.
An annual interreligious prayers bringing together Muslim and Christian religious leaders as well as civil servants from various ministries, departments and Agencies.
It is also an avenue to commit the State and its leadership into the hands of God in the new year.
In a sermon, the Rector Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Doctor Taofeeq Abdulhammed tasked the State Governor not betray the trust reposed in him.
For the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, residents must support the administration to achieve success.
The State Governor promised to not to jeopardize the confidence reposed in him.
