The City Boy Movement is sensitizing voters in rural communities in Abuja on the need to collect their permanent voter cards ahead the general election.
The group is hopeful the sensitisation will help Nigerians participate in the upcoming elections, and are looking to set up committees in all the 36 states of the country to drive the awareness campaign.
They also lamented the hundreds of uncollected Permanent voter cards across INEC facilities in the country.
Meanwhile, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress says the time to harness Nigeria’s diversity for prosperity is now, and his administration will make it a reality, if elected.
Asiwaju Bola Tinubu made this known at the ‘Train the Trainer’ programme of the election planning and monitoring directorate of the APC Presidential Campaign Council in Abuja.
