A suit by governorship aspirant, Ndutimi Alaibe, challenging the Peoples Democratic Party and the emergence of Senator Douye Diri, will no longer be heard at the Federal High Court in Yenagoa.
This follows an approval by the Chief Judge for the transfer of the case to Abuja.
Announcing her decision to comply with the directive, presiding Judge, Jane Inyang, said the plaintiff did not question the credibility of the court in
Yenagoa, but cited security concerns in the state.
