President Muhammed Buhari will host the home-based Super Eagles for winning silver at the 2018 African Nations Championship, CHAN, in Casablanca, Morocco.

The Home Eagles arrived the country via Lagos in the early hours of Tuesday.

But the Lagos State government will hold a reception for the team before they depart for Abuja where they will be hosted by the Federal Government.

The Nigerian team surpassed their 2014 third place finish by coming second after losing four-nil to hosts, Morocco.

Zakaria Hadraf scored a brace while Walid El Karti and the tournament top scorer, Ayoub El Kaabi also got on the score sheet to secure the title for Morocco.
