A three-storey building under construction has collapsed in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
Food vendors and construction workers are trapped in the debris, and TV News gathered that about 23 people were in the building when it caved in.
Six people have been rescued so far, by persons using torchlight to carry out the rescue.
The six have been taken to Ade Oyo General Hospital.
The building collapsed in the Molete area of the city.
