Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas (retired) has arrived Government house in Port Harcourt.
He is currently in a closed door meeting with Senior Security Officers, Federal government delegation and State Government officials.

Mr Ibas was sworn in on Wednesday by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
