Governor-Elect of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-olu has reiterated his commitment to taking the state to the next level.
He made this known at the Appreciation dinner organised for him and his deputy-elect, Obafemi Hamzat in Lagos.
TVC News’ Ola Awakan, reports that the Chief Host of the event said Mr Sanwo-Olu and Mr. Hamzat is a team equipped with the necessary acumen to grow Lagos beyond its present status.
Sanwo-Olu used the platform to thank residents of Lagos for believing in him and to also re-enforce his promise of an inclusive government in Lagos.
Commissioner for Science and Technology in Lagos and others, said they believe the team will continue from where Governor Akinwunmi Ambode will stop in building a greater Lagos.
The event was graced by chieftains of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos, public office holders and traditional rulers..
This is the first appreciation dinner organised since Babajide Sanwo-olu and Obafemi Hamzat received their certificate of return as Governor-elect and deputy governor-elect of Lagos State.
