The national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Victor Ike-Oye, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to declare a State of Emergency on security.
Ike-Oye is also asking the president to come up with a solution to the killings in Nigeria.
Kidnappings has now become a regular occurrence in Nigeria in addition to banditry in the northwest, and attacks on the Abuja-Kaduna highway; are largely contributing to the insecurity in the country.
This is why the national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance is calling for emergency rule on education.
Mister Ike-Oye also talked about unemployment, political imbalance, and disregard of the Federal Character formula, as issues negatively affecting Nigeria’s southeast.
He wants President Muhammadu Buhari to give equal opportunity in appointments and resources sharing to all the country’s geopolitical zones, in his second term.
He also wants all elected officials to deliver on their campaign promises and ensure they execute people-oriented projects.
