Nigeria’s Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun has dismissed notions of any misunderstanding between her office and the Central bank of Nigeria regarding the Monetary Policy.
The minister says her call for lower interest rates for the country was purely in support of increased lending to Smes and not to discredit the apex bank’s monetary policies.
She says both agencies were working to promote economic interests.
