Abductors of the Lagos State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Philip Olabode Aivoje have released after 4 days in captivity.
His release was announced by the publicity Secretary of the party Hakeem Amode in a short statement.
He thanked the party’s well wishers and all Nigerians for the support during the period he was in captivity.
He however did not specify if any ransom was paid to secure his release or the circumstances surrounding it.
