Nollywood Actor and Legal Practitioner, Kenneth Okonkwo, has left the Labour Party.
Okoknkwo who was a spokesperson of the Obi/Datti joined the Labour party from the All Progressives Congress in 2022.
In a Statement on his verified X Handle on Saturday, Okonkwo, said he is leaving the Labour Party because the party has not inspired a brand of leadership that can solve the nations’ challenges.
He expressed disappointment that the party’s Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, has not done enough to address the internal crisis within its ranks.
He added that he no longer has any confidence in the ability of Mr Peter Obi to build a party that can defeat those he referred to as Kakistocrats and kleptocrats.
He concluded that Peter Obi even if voted into office does not have the ability to secure the mandate.
