The Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) on Thursday commenced its 48th National Executive Council meeting in Lafia the capital of Nasarawa State.
The meeting which has in attendance members from across the country, is presided over by the National President of the Association, Aminu Maifata.
The team were received by the state deputy governor and a communique is expected to be released at the end of the meeting on Friday.
