Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State will partner with the Federal Housing Authority to build an affordable mass housing project for the low and middle class.
This is the outcome of the between the managing Director of the Housing Authority and the Governor in Kaduna State.
The Federal Housing Authority is a responsible for facilitating access to sustainable housing solutions in the country.
The Managing Director and CEO, Oyetunde Ojo, has come to Kaduna with a plan to build houses that will provide shelters for the low and middle class.
This meeting with the Governor is to compliment his efforts and support the provision of housing for the growing population of the North-west state.
Governor Uba Sani gave his support and commitment to ensure the success of this project and the state is expected to provide the land on which the federal housing authority will build.
The Kaduna State Governor signed an off-takers arrangement with the Federal Housing Authority, this is already proof of collaborative efforts to proffer sustainable solutions to the widening housing gap.
Kaduna state will be the first to perform a groundbreaking and implementation of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda for housing.
