Justice Galadima gave the order today sequel to an ex-parte motion filed by the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Attorney General of the Federation through their counsel.

Consequently, the Court also ordered that the NLC and TUC be served within 7 days from today Friday 25th September 2020 with the motion on notice as well as other processes.
