Senate has adjourned plenary to Friday, 20th of December in honour of late Imo North Senator, Benjamin Uwajumogu, who died on Wednesday.The senate was to proceed on its Christmas and New Year recess on Thursday but had to suspend Order 13 of their Standing Rule to enable lawmakers sit on Friday.
Moving a motion to that effect, Senate Leader, Yahaya Abdullahi, said the passing of Uwajumogu was a great loss to Nigeria.
