At an induction training for the members-elect, speaker of the assembly, Ali Ahmad, told them to legislate on issues that have direct bearing on the lives of the people.
Correspondent Ibrahim Alege reports that the 3-day induction training was meant to upscale the knowledge of the members-elect of the Kwara state house of assembly. 16 out of the 24 members-elect were in attendance.

Some other principal officers of the assembly also shared their wealth of experience with the members-elect.
