Russia implores UN Security Council to apply dialogue

Russia Deputy Foreign Minister says indefinite sanctions on North korea will not yield result, only dialogue.

Sergei Ryabkov says the sanctions on Pyongyang hasn’t changed it’s behaviour in the nuclear and missile tests, therefore the UN security council needs to change its strategy.
