Zamfara State governor, Bello Matawalle has paid an unscheduled visit to some troops visiting bandits in the state.
In a short clip made available to TVC News, the governor also doled out a huge sum of money to the soldiers.
In return, the officers are seeing hailing the governor as he presented the cash gift.
