Residents of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State have described the death of scores of persons from Saturday’s church building collapse as one of the saddest events in the history of the state.
The building of Reigners Bible International Church during the ordination of the leader of the church as Bishop, killing many worshippers, and injuring many others.
The actual number of persons killed and those injured remains unknown but the Akwa Ibom State Police Command says investigations are ongoing.
