The Sparrow Hawks of Togo have eliminated the home based Super Eagles from the 2020 African Nations Championship, CHAN.
Having lost the first leg of the final qualifier by 4-1, Nigeria managed to win the the second leg in Lagos by 2-0
Alimi Sikiru scored the two goals of the match. He scored the first goal in the 7th minute.
He got the second in the 71st minute, but it wasn’t enough as Togo qualified for the championship on a 4-3 aggregate.
