The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank has taken the national leadership of his party to court, for the suspension slammed on him.
Timi Frank told journalists in Abuja, that those seeking to remove him from office have not exhausted the mechanisms within the party and its constitution.
Frank was suspended by the South- South zone of the party early this month.
