According to him the bags of fertilizer were meant to be used by bandits to manufacture Improvised Explosive devices (IED’s).

The release of this report is coming barely 24 hours after a landmine explosion killed 2 killed at least two citizens in Chikun local government area of Kaduna state.

Security operatives who spoke on the explosion said they suspected that it must have been planted by terrorists.

The incident occurred at around 2:00pm in the Zango Tofa general area on Thursday.
