Following the near assassination of Taraba N.U.T chairman, Peter Julius on Monday by unidentified gunmen.

The Taraba Police command has assured the the public that it is on the trail of the gunmen involved in the shooting of the Nigeria Union of Teachers chairman in the State.
The brother of the NUT chairman disclosed that Peter Julius who was receiving treatment at a specialist hospital in Jalingo has been discharged.
