The chief UN investigator on Syria says most of the victims of the April the 4th attack in Syria died as a result of conventional weapons and not chemical weapons.
The chief Investigator on Syria Paulo Sergio Pinheiro and his team say while the sarin gas was out, a series of air strikes hit local medical facilities resulting to the large number of casualties
The UN investigator added that more and more civilians were falling victim to military actions as all sides of the Syrian conflict are vying for military advantages.
