Suspected terrorists have killed thirty seven people in an attack in Nakudna village near Kauri in Shiroro local government area of Niger state.
The area has been a volatile one, according to security operatives, with constant attacks.
The incident was confirmed by Bala Kuryas, the commissioner of police for Niger state command, on Monday, but the number of people killed has yet to be determined by the police, despite security operatives being deployed to the area.
