Real Madrid have rejected an attempt from Arsenal to sign Dani Ceballos permanently.
The Spaniard is on loan in England and has impressed during his brief stint at the club despite being used in rotation by Unai Emery.
Arsenal offered in the region of £25million in a bid to secure Ceballos on a permanent basis, but Madrid have turned it down.
They claim Madrid have significantly dropped their valuation of the player but are demanding at least £30m for him.
Ceballos joined the La Liga giants in 2017 but has been very much on the periphery, making just 17 league appearances for the club over the past two seasons.
He is also said to have a strained relationship with boss Zinedine Zidane
