Popular broadcaster, Bisi Olatilo, has debunked his rumoured death from hospital bed.
Olatilo is currently in a hospital receiving treatment for COVID19.
Rumour of his death was rife on social media on Wednesday, January 13th, but the broadcaster in a video said he’s doing very well.
The 67-year-old, in the video, said doctors are working to see that he comes out of the hospital hale and hearty.
He thanked his pastor and well-wishers for their messages.
He also appreciated his wife, who was shown sitting across from him with a facemask on, for her support, saying “what can I do without my wife”.
“So here that I am receiving treatment; all the doctors you know in different departments they are working in tandem to see that this man comes out, finally, very well,” Olatilo said.
“And I thank my father-in-the-Lord, Pastor Wole Oladiyun, who has been ministering and I have five star generals all over the place, even my wife; tell me what can I do without my wife?
“She keeps telling me I have been advertising her 40th year, so this year ademamuje lagbara olorun; we have marriages to face. And all of those who have been calling us have been expressing good wishes for us.
“Nothing is wrong with me. It is the fake news merchants… tell anyone you know that I am strong, nothing is wrong with me. I just want to rest.”
