Former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido remains in police custody, after he was arrested on Sunday.
And police have reportedly searched his homes in Jigawa and Kano States.
Lamido was arrested for allegedly asking his supporters to stop the conduct of local government elections in Jigawa State, slated for July the first.

Lamido was arrested in neighbouring Kano State and taken to the Zone One Command of the Police force.
