Over five hundred thousand artisans have so far registered for the industrial training fund skill up artisans project nation wide.
This was disclosed by the Director general of the fund,at a joint briefing organized by the fund and the chartered institute of project managers.
The Director general disclosed that, of the over five hundred registration, Plateau State has the highest registration, which is 53,133 representing 10.17% of all registered artisans.
He said the fund is collaborating with the chartered institute of project managers on development of curriculum which is expected to help improve the knowledge and skills of artisans across the country.
