Ondo federal lawmaker, Ojogo recovers from spinal ailment

The member representing Ilaje-Ese/Odo Federal Constituency of Ondo State in the House of Representatives, Donald Ojogo has survived spinal related ailment, which almost rendered him incapacitated.

The lawmaker, who returned to Nigeria after a successful operation, appreciated God by giving back to his constituents to mark his one year in office.

Donald Ojogo has seen many highs and lows during his first year in office as the member of the House of Representatives for the Ilaje Ese-Odo Federal Constituency of Ondo State.

For five months, Ojogo was rendered incapacitated by a spinal related ailment.

He was flown to Lebanon, where he received medical attention.

The lawmaker is back in Nigeria, after a successful surgery, which kept him out of public activities.

A medical expert speaks on this development.

As part of activities marking his one year in office, Onogo rolled out welfare packages for the people of his constituency.

Although, he was not physically present for the distribution, many of his constituents showered encomium on him, as they went home with various items.

The gesture is expected to assist the beneficiaries from Ilaje and Ese-Odo Federal constituency.
