Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has advised National Youth Service Corps members to learn skills that will enable them become self reliant.
Governor Okorocha told the corp members who passed out that to be job creators rather than seekers.
He also commended them for proper conduct and contributions towards the socio-economic development of the state with their various community development projects.
